Excellent news. I really look forward to reading it.
I have been coveting this one since I heard it was going to be published last year. But full price hardcover + no money means it's not to be for awhile yet. Thanks for the link to the lists!
I'm coveting this as well. Off now to the library site to see if they've got it on order yet.
